Rates

All room rates and fees are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are subject to 7% Municipality Fee, 10% Service Charge, and 5% VAT. A government Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night shall apply upon guest checkout.

For travel from 03 Jan 2026 to 06 Feb 2027

Bookings cancelled within 1 day prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking.

For travel from 10 May 2026 to 08 Oct 2026

A Credit Card Guarantee is required at the time of booking. Full and final payment is payable upon arrival.

Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
