Payment and Cancellation Policy

General Terms

Our standard check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 midday. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, and additional fees may apply. Connecting and accessible rooms are available and are subject to availability upon arrival.

Name changes to the reservation will be considered a cancellation and may incur applicable cancellation fees as per policy. The booking will be cancelled, and a new booking will be made subject to the current available rate.

All visitors to the United Arab Emirates must possess a passport valid for at least six months from their travel date and present valid identification upon arrival. As visa requirements vary by nationality, it is the guest's responsibility to secure all necessary documents and permits. Please consult the nearest UAE Embassy or Consulate for specific guidance. Failure to provide valid travel documents to airline or government officials will result in denied boarding.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. A refundable deposit will be collected upon check-in to cover any incidental charges or extras during your stay.

All Rooms and Suites are non-smoking to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests; smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. However, guests may smoke on the balcony where permitted. An additional fee of AED 500 will be charged if smoking occurs inside the room.

Rates

All room rates and fees are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to a 7% Municipality Fee, a 10% Service Charge, and 5% VAT. Additionally, a mandatory government Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom, per night will be charged upon checkout. While other currencies may be displayed for reference purposes, all final payments will be processed in AED using the prevailing conversion rates.

Payment Guarantee Policy

A credit card is required for all bookings. Deposit and payment terms apply.

Early Bird rates and Non-refundable offers:

• Full deposit for the entire stay is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of no-show or cancellation.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any non-guaranteed booking or reservation with outstanding payment requirements at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy and will vary based on the rate plan booked.

Late cancellation, early departure, and no-show will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.

Early Bird rates and Non-refundable offers:

• Non-cancellable and non-changeable. A fee of 100% of total room charges will apply.

• Reservations must be cancelled 1 day prior to arrival to avoid a 100% of total room charge penalty.

• Reservations must be cancelled before 14:00 on the day of arrival to avoid a 100% of total room charge penalty.
